Terms of payment, shipping and return policies.

Availability of items

All items we have in stock are usually ship within 2 business days. Although orders are shipped from our stores, some items are not kept on store and need to be ordered in advance. In the latter case, the products are delivered within two to three weeks. Dyno.ca can not, however, be held responsible for any failure to respect the displayed delivery times. When a supplier informs us that an item ordered is no longer available, the customer is notified by e-mail.

Payment method

Visa and Mastercard are the only accepted payment methods on Dyno.ca. We do not accept payments in cash, by check, credit score, or by credit card issued in a country other than Canada. The billing address and telephone number must be the same as the name, address, postal code and telephone number appearing on your credit card statement. This information is used in the process of validating your credit card. Payment will be debited from your credit card only on the date the goods are shipped to you. If your order is shipped in separate shipments (at the same or different addresses), your credit card will be debited separately for each shipment.

Prices shown are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and postage. The price is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of the order. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. Taxes are applied to your order in accordance with applicable provincial and federal laws. Taxes could also be applied to shipping costs. When returning an item, you will be refunded for the price of the item, as well as for the taxes paid at the time of the initial purchase. However, you will not be reimbursed for shipping charges.



The shipping address indicated must be a valid Canadian address. Shipping is based on the size and weight of the items. In the event that the items are in stock at our branches, two working days must be allotted for the processing and preparation of orders and two to three business days for a delivery in Quebec. Delays in deliveries to the rest of Canada vary according to the location of the recipient. Dyno.ca can not be held liable for any delay in delivery attributable to the carrier or a shortage of stock. We usually dispatch all the products available except the exhaustive list below: Glass aquariums, glass terrariums, aquarium or terrarium furniture, fluorescents, prefabricated basins, gravel or rocks whose weight exceeds 20 Kg, boilers and / or pockets of salts. Taking possession of these products will be done in-store once the customer has been notified of their availability.



All items available on Dyno.ca are new and guaranteed to be free of defects. If an exchange or refund is required, items sold online must be returned by mail at the customer’s expense and include in the package the invoice or a copy of the invoice as well as the return slip. Any return, for whatever reason, must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be able to make a refund, the items must be packed intact and must not have been worn or used. Acceptance of the return is made at the discretion of the auditor according to the criteria set out above.

In the event that an item is defective, Dyno.ca agrees to exchange, have it repaired or refunded as required. If the item has no defect, it will be sent back to the customer as is. For a faster exchange, it is possible to go directly to one of our branches with your invoice within 7 days of delivery. Please note that no refund will be made at the branch.

When a return is accepted, the exchange or refund will be made within the next two or three weeks depending on the availability of the item. There is no exchange or refund for promotional items. Dyno.ca reserves the right to contact customers directly if a situation requires clarification.
