Shipping

The shipping address indicated must be a valid Canadian address. Shipping is based on the size and weight of the items. In the event that the items are in stock at our branches, two working days must be allotted for the processing and preparation of orders and two to three business days for a delivery in Quebec. Delays in deliveries to the rest of Canada vary according to the location of the recipient. Dyno.ca can not be held liable for any delay in delivery attributable to the carrier or a shortage of stock.

We usually ship all available products except the exhaustive list below: Glass aquariums over 20 gallons, Glass terrariums, aquarium or terrarium furniture, certain cat litters, salt boilers. These products will be taken in store once the customer has been informed of their availability.

Our carriers are Canada Post, Purolator and GLS. If we choose to ship with GLS, you will receive an email directly from GLS, including your tracking number, once your package is shipped. For Purolator and Canada Post, your tracking number will be sent to you directly via our shipping email (DYNO).
